On entering your premises I was suitably impressed. The staff were welcoming and polite. The environment was so appealing and calming. The decor was so tastefully done. I was mesmerised by the ceiling lamps and their gentle changing colours.. The optician (Ms. Love) was very kind, patient and thorough. The lady who I saw afterwards was just the same. I really appreciated having my glasses cleaned with the special machine. I had decided to keep my original glasses and as such received zero pressure in buying new ones. A totally positive experience. Thank you.
